Fully satisfied.

Seems a fairly sensible plan, and written by a fellow sufferer of RA. There are not enough resources out there yet to help us deal with this condition, so this has to be welcomed. More research needs to be undertaken and help offered by the medical fraternity to help people deal with RA on a nutritional level. I’ve worked in the medical sector for 25 years and the approach with rheumatoid arthritis is very much to appease it with drugs, when there might be a simpler and cheaper option available.

Good Nutrition.

Rheumatoid arthritis is I believe a disease of the western world and attributed to our terrible diets, although few of us would like to admit that. This book points that out and outlines some of the ways we can regain our health with better nutrition.

Amazing.

I’ve read about the anti-inflammatory diet but had not seen a specific version for rheumatoid arthritis, so this book was a must. There are lots of recipes to follow and advice on what to eat and what to avoid.

Good recipes and tips.

This helped to get me back on to a sensible eating plan. I had fallen into the trap of eating comfort food especially during flare ups and of course this just makes the whole situation worse. I am hoping to break the cycle.

Love it.

It makes sense, and it is pretty easy to follow. At the end of the day adopting a healthy eating plan crammed with lots more fruit and veg cannot be a bad thing. So worth a try.

Excellent!!!

Being able to relieve rheumatoid arthritis with easy and cheap good choices is a godsend. I live in the US and I cannot access the meds I need to alleviate my symptoms. Tried a variety of herbal remedies and now I am going back to basics with this plan.

Like this food.

I had always thought that flare ups and diet were linked and this confirms it really.

Generally great.

There were a couple of points I picked up on straight away, foods that I enjoy, and I have to admit are probably making my symptoms worse. I’m not going to change my eating drastically but I will certainly revised my eating habits if it will help my health.

An interesting approach.

An interesting approach to dealing with RA. I’ve been diagnosed with RA for about four years so I am trying to deal with it emotionally as well as physically and found some of the food advice very helpful.
