Simply put, resilience is about building the inner strength to deal effectively with the stresses, trials, and difficulties of life, and to grow from the experience. We become more resilient when we learn to understand the spiritual, intangible concepts of courage, faith, love, hope, etc., and put them into practice in our daily lives.
