This 5-step audio is aimed at women who would like to enjoy a fulfilling sexual relationship with their partner. It is aimed at women who have been in a longer-term relationship and are finding that their sex life is no longer as enjoyable or as frequent as they might like. It guides the listener through a variety of steps to help her get in touch with her emotions and physical sensations. If you have "lost that living feeling" and want to get in touch with your sexual feelings then this audio may help you.
The different steps combine exercises for you to do as well as the guided visualisations (Step 3: My Mind, My Body; and Step 5: Exercise 2). Some of the exercises involve you writing thoughts and responses down, if you chose to, and others require you to just listen and let your imagination go. Some of them involve experiencing physical sensations in different ways.
To get the most out of this audio please make time to do all the steps and practice. It will take between 21 and 27 days to work through all the steps and listen to the specially written guided visualisations. Whilst there is no explicit language I do talk about body parts and sexual experiences so it may not be suitable for under 18s.
