    "wonderfull reader - such a relaxing vioce"

    I was given this one,so I could share my thoughts, I must say the narrator has a fantastic realaxing voice, one of the best I have heard for this type of audiobook. (and this is so important !!<br/>The author repeats the same sleep inducing text to different soothing backgrounds, which is good if you haven't fallen asleep, you then have another chance.<br/> The first time I listened this kept me awake because I was wondering what the next one would be .... Now I can choose my favorite and just listen to that chapter. <br/><br/>My only "complaints" would be - 1.That it is too short ( although it does state this in book discription ) and 2. That the blurb at the end wakes you up if you have just fallen asleep !!

    This book was nice and relaxing. The narrator has a soothing voice, which is pleasantly deep and even without being monotone. The narration was the most endearing part, which isn't necessarily a knock on a meditation book. It's a nice general guided meditation, nothing complex or flashy. The content was predictable and even keeled. <br/><br/>The only issue I ran into was that the book was not sleep inducing for me. It gives instructions for breathing in and out and counts it out for you. Being given direct instructions while trying to fall asleep made it challenging for me. Plus the counts were slow so it didn't feel natural and comfortable. <br/><br/>I'm probably not going to be using it to get to sleep again. Everyone's different though, so I might recommend it as an alternative to someone who likes to fall asleep listening to nature sounds, music, or audiobooks.<br/><br/>*Gift received in exchange for an honest review.*

    This was really on point, the narrator has a very soothing voice and it really did help me relax and have a pleasant night sleep.
    If you're anything like me ( trouble sleeping)I highly recommend this audiobook, you have nothing to lose.

    "Good for Therapy Clients!!!"

    I am a therapist for children. I was worried if this audiobook would be too difficult for them to grasp; however, the author/narrator does a really good job at making it possible for children (probably teens) to follow without thinking it's "too cheesy." I will use this script for all of my clients moving forward! Also, one thing I really liked was that Mike provided a short bit of psychoeducation on insomnia, which was helpful and will be helpful for clients to understand. Great Job, Mike!!
