This tape offers four excellent, short, guided meditations. The narrators voice is relaxing. The meditations are easy to follow. Provides a nice psychological context for each technique. Comes from a mainstream, medical approach ... with no spiritual context that may turn off some listeners.

This book is so good that it only took 15 minutes and Not only was I relax but I was asleep.

Very relaxing - I have a chronic spasm in my shoulder and found that this started helping from the minute I started using it
I purchased this book almost 2 years ago and still listen to it. I am now getting some other relaxation books by Dr. McKay to add some additional variety. What I like best about this book is that there are a number of techniques and Dr. McKay's explanation for why they work. I decided to finally review this book after catching myself quoting him to someone else - encouraging them to use the techniques in their life. I admit I don't use it as often as I should, but when I do I always see results.
