put me to sleep usually on 17th step. i feel better and more centered. not as hungry anymore. i am goin to buy the quit smokeing hypnosis next. thank you joel.

Works For Me

I don't crave unhealthy food after listening to this. I like that it is short for when I need a quick session. I do cycle between other weight loss versions to maximize the effect.

Great for sleep and relaxation

Started using for weight loss. I don’t think it does much. I do think it helps with sleep though. His voice is more relaxing than others.

This guy is amazing

This is my second self hypnosis book by Joel Thielke and it WORKS you guys! 😅 Mr. Thielke's voice is so comforting and the transitions are timed very well. I can honestly say these hypnosis programs have changed my life for the better. I am now a die hard loyal customer. 😋😁
***TIP! Set sleep timer to go off at the end of chapter 2; that way the woman at the end won't wake you 😉***
