An imperative audiobook every reader should take note of. Although some of the tips are simple and familiar, it’s good to be reminded of them once in a while. I’ve never been this excited to change negative habits and form new sustaining ones.

Goals want you to think BIG. Habits need to start out as minuscule tasks or thoughts that you then build on. This is just one of the usable concepts in this helpful book. I've started a habits journal and will be keeping up with my progress.
