The heavy bible references
I liked that the book made a lot of sense and offered a healthy decision making process to us. Read it and you’ll understand. There is a lot of value in the book. I disliked the constant biblical references. Not everything needs to involve god and Jesus.

WOW! I think I highlighted something on almost every page of this book, it was SO GOOD! I appreciated the author’s underlying message that, since the only person we have the power to change is ourselves, we should work to change our thoughts, attitudes, & reactions to the difficult people in our lives, in the hope of improving that relationship, and to protect ourselves.
