As a Christian, she understands the importance of having a strong foundation. Life is extremely difficult, but it can be bearable with a strong support system and strong faith in God. If you are a mother, daughter, aunt, grandmother, mentor, teacher, etc. and you interact with adolescent girls, I encourage you to listen to this book. Open the door for discussion; you will be surprised at what the young lady in your life is struggling with. She may just be waiting for you to create the right environment to share.
