Life changing!
This was just what I needed to here. I had many transforming revaluations listening to this book, and I now see the spiritual journey I am on as a mother. I thought my spiritual journey had ended when I became a parent because I've been so lost, overwhelmed, exhausted...the list goes on. I love this book!!! Thank you Susan!!! I am now excited for the parent I will be and am being.

A very helpful book!
This book helped me so much. My son was experiencing extreme anxiety over his school work even though he was getting straight A’s. Through this book I realized that I reacted to stressful situations with the same anxiety. It actually brought tears to my eyes when I realized this. Using the methods in this book both of us have totally changed the way we react to stress. Also the best advice Susan gives is to stay present for your children. This has strengthened our relationship and we are now much closer. A must read for all parents!

excellent caring woman!
I truly enjoyed listening to this book and felt that the author care deeply for the health of families and children and also gave so many realistic goals as well as reminding us not to beat ourselves up that we are all human
