Very quick book, easy to understand language, simple to grasp concepts. I read this book because I experienced shyness during an event and wasn't sure why I had shut down. I like that the writer mentions that extroverts can experience shyness, too!
If you are shy, read this!
My only issue with the book is the overusage of words indicating that shyness is a problem, an issue. I guess a reader wouldn't be reading the book unless they also felt it was an issue, but I tended to imagine that it may be a natural tendency for introverts to seem or be shy. I was hoping for a little more "be yourself" in that regard.
