Publisher's summary

There is perhaps nothing more destructive to a relationship than jealousy. But as you know, it is not as simple as telling yourself not to be jealous any more.

All self-limiting beliefs, phobias, and bad habits are simply bad programs buried in the subconscious area of the mind. Willpower is entirely ineffective in dealing with these issues because you are prevented from accessing the source of the problem.

Craig Beck is a master hypnotist with 20 years' experience and is also a respected timeline therapist and NLP master practitioner. He understands what makes people tick and, more importantly, how to access and remove the erroneous programs that cause us problems in everyday life.

Designed to quickly help you reduce and remove the overpowering sensations of envy and self-doubt; use this powerful and proven hypnosis program to help with all types of excessive jealousy.

  • Unique speed hypnosis technique for rapid results
  • Easy to use on any device including smartphones
  • Rapidly reduce excessive feelings of envy
  • A highly effective solution to help anyone overcome jealousy
  • Replace your self-doubt with a new constructive habit

Not a bad start, but not life changing

If you've never done hypnosis therapy or meditation, then this will be relatively impactful, but not life changing. It basically walks you through your feelings like any therapist or meditation process would. Has you relax, has you think back to a time you felt this feeling, has you relive and feel that feeling again, then has you release it. Basically about 40 mins of that. For folks who struggle to focus during meditation, this might be a helpful approach to it. But this is not a book that will enlighten or educate you in any way. What you're paying for is essentially a little meditation routine. There's no advice on confronting jealousy in the future, or how to really look at it a better way. It's more of a way to release your jealous feelings, and get a little different perspective on the feeling. It's a good ice breaker for confronting jealousy issues for sure. But for anyone who's been through the wringer of therapy, this might feel way too basic.
