Do you find taking a test or an exam a stressful experience?
It is a well-known fact that many people fail their exams not because of a lack of skill or knowledge but because of a build-up of high anxiety states before being assessed. For some people this fear of failure and build-up of nervous anxiety can become overwhelming and can cause poor performance or even failure on the day of the test itself.
So imagine what it would be like if you could directly enlist the power of your subconscious mind to help you release any anxiety you may feel about being assessed.
This self-hypnosis track has been designed to help you do just that, as you are guided into a relaxing, light trance state in which you can give yourself positive suggestions to approach your exam with confidence and ease. Self-hypnosis is really very easy to learn; everyone can do it, and once learnt it is a skill for life, allowing you to draw on resources within your mind that you would usually consider to be outside the realm of your normal waking awareness.

Any additional comments?
I think Anne sounds less patronising than others but I still listened to it speeded up. I was curious and am not sure it'll be of any help to me if I should take an exam in the future, though I prefer it over others in the genre.
