Don't listen if you are very down or deressed

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Someone who is prone to getting down or depressed but isn't there at the moment. It has some useful ideas and ways of wording things.

What could Rachael Meddows have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Made it positive, affirming, rather than blaming the person and talking negativelyHave it as an informational talk rather than guided meditation.

Would you be willing to try another one of the narrator’s performances?

Not for a while

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Overcome Depression Hypnosis?

Where she says that people unconsciously create their depression - many with depression are already blaming themselves for not being happy, being able to solve it alone. Also, she uses 'should' - I'd prefer it reframed as 'could' or 'choose to'

Any additional comments?

Obviously, I found this a real downer. I think a book or e-book would be preferable so you can gather the helpful bits and by-pass other bits.
