Publisher's Summary

Minimalism is all anyone is talking about, right? At least, it seems that way to you because the topic keeps drawing you in. You want to know what it is and how people can live without anything but a few outfits and enjoy life.

You are going to learn what minimalism is. You will see that our perception of minimalism has been crafted from fiction books and their emphasis on extreme minimalists. We'll present easy steps to show you how you can become a true minimalist without giving up everything you love.

Minimalism is about the making proper choices to have a freer, happier life. Only you can choose what will make you happier.

In this book, you are going to learn several new concepts about being minimalist:

  • You will understand the reason people are living in smaller homes
  • Why people have chosen to reduce their wardrobe size
  • How to budget better with the income you have
  • How to build better, stronger relationships

At the end of the book, you will have 10 tips to take with you, to refer to, and to use as your pathway to a minimalist lifestyle that brings you happiness and freedom.

It is possible to be free from worry, stress, and fear as long as you are willing to address issues such as:

  • Overspending
  • Consumerism
  • Being too busy
  • Looking only at yourself
  • Making the wrong choices

Start now, gain a life with more happiness, and have less focus on material things.

very helpful book

Very helpful for someone who is looking to improve self - health, passions, job, etc. They cover more than just minimalizing materialistic stuff. I found myself pausing to reflect and highlight a lot. It helped me a great deal. I would even read twice. Highly recommend.

FOR BEGINNERS.

I managed to listen to this in one sitting and realized that Minimalism is more simple than I originally thought. Joshua and Ryan clearly note the Five Values and other parts. I will definitely implement minimalism into my life! Especially to relieve student loan debt!

good to listen

Minimalism: Basic Principles of Minimalist Living to listen. I started listening to this book and was amazed by some of the things you can do to declutter your life. I apply some of the things already like spring cleaning every year like clockwork. The infamous junk drawer, which I am still trying to figure out where some of the stuff I come from. Also, I clean my closets which I try to keep it organized.

useful book

I wanted to listen to this book because I was raised to hang on to stuff. I am not a hoarder but the fear that I could help me to get rid of stuff. This book is great. I listened to it and now I am going through it step by step to de-clutter my life. I am starting with my house room by room, closet by closet, then to de-clutter my finances step by step. The author explains that this won’t happen overnight but with time (sigh!), I have been known to take everything out of my closet go through it and put most of it back in. Clutter adds stress to our lives and we have enough stress, I know I do. I recommend this eBook to anyone wanting to de-stress their lives. It’s going to be a big help for mine.

Best....Minimalism...

Essentially this book listens to it to a decluttering guide. I was hoping for something that challenged me more; that encouraged me and helped me to better flesh out my reasons for wanting to live more simply. If you are looking for something that motivates you to eliminate some kitchen gadgets, pare down clothing, and clean your garage, you will be well served by this book. I was hoping for something more philosophical.

This book is perfect for anyone trying to understand more about minimalist living and anyone who wants to live a minimalist lifestyle. The book offers a lot of insight into what exactly minimalist living is, how you can become happier living with the simplest of things, and why you may have over accumulated stuff in the first place. The book is a great read and once I started reading, I did not want to pull myself away from the book.

Minimalism

I got this book after watching from mine friend. The experience of listening about their philosophies came at a time in my life when I have been feeling very lost and empty, feeling that I need to make some major changes. The minimalist philosophy was exactly what I needed and I am excited about the prospect of moving forward from here to improve my life & the lives of others!!

Best book

I want to live a lifestyle of "Less is better", being able to be content with not having a lot in life seems blissful. Providing yourself only with things that you really need is a choice and it is fulfilling when you achieve it. This guide makes you evaluate the things between the needs and the wants, the things that should let go of, getting rid the urge of buying along with the trend and practice daily exercises to live a minimalist life.

Great book

I need to carry on with the easiest life so came here and chose this new book for me. This is a brilliant book about rearranging keeping in mind the end goal to appreciate life more. What I valued the most is that doesn't address and doesn't disclose to us what we need to dispose of in light of her own moderate way of life decisions. Rather she challenges the per user to just get some information about what is genuinely valuable, what is required, and what really adds to the delight of day by day life by its nearness. When we take a gander at our belonging through those focal points, disposing of everything else winds up plainly less demanding.
