Mindfulness – life in the present moment

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.

This book covers the vast majority of everyday life. Book suggests stopping and realizing how important it is to be in the present moment to fully benefit from daily situations and have a positive outcome. Some topics covered in this book were a common sense that most the people do not pay attention on a daily basis, so stressing the importance of them one more time forces you to think about them to a greater degree.

The narrator did a great job delivering this book to the audience.

Fun and helpful

Mindfulness for the Mindless: A No Nonsense Guide to Breaking Free from a Mindless Life

By: John Burley Narrated by: Kevin E Green

Mindfulness for the Mindless is an interesting way to look at things. I found this book both fun to listen to and helpful; which is rare in self help books. Burley threw in a little humor where he could to keep it fun, while including excellent explanations of his ideas. The narrator did a great job expressing what the author wanted to say. I liked this book and give it a rating of 4 stars.
