Eliminate Stress, Anxiety and Depression.

This audio book has touched me in a lot of ways. The author was able to explain the benefits of mindfulness meditation and most importantly relate the reasons why we need it. Tips are simple to follow and I’ve learn a lot from this book. This audio book is best for the beginners to change life by living anxiety free and stress free life. The author described different steps that really guide and Stephanie Murphy narrated it well.

Sometimes we get so caught up with our busy lives that we forget to take notice of the small things. It is nice to listen in an audio books like this one to remind us the beauty of life. Making mindfulness a part of life is a challenge. But Sarah Rowland made it seem easier. Her detailed explanations are evident in each page of the book. I got to understand so much about myself, the surroundings, and life.

The audio book will teach you how to appreciate and enjoy life more.

This is a great audio book written by someone who cares about making people's lives better, she knows we are all connected in someway so when one persons life becomes better it has a knock on effect in a positive way for others. I've already read a few books on mindfulness and even had it taught to me on some professional courses, this is one of my favourites, it helps people practice Mindfulness in everyday life, reasons why people don't do it, common problems including barriers people put up. It helps us with self improvement in many ways.

Thanks a lot Sarah Rowland for this audio book! Also I'd like to recognize Stephen Murphy for narrating the book so well. Thank you so much and God bless you guys!

One of the best audio books I have listened on the basics of mindfulness meditation. The process to follow is clearly laid out and easy to follow with variations included that fit the needs of different people. Recommended for the novice as a good introduction and how to get started on your own. Good job to the author as well as the narrator. Great job!

I truly believe that everyone should be meditating - and this audio book is a great guide to get you started. It will move you one step closer to living a peaceful and more fulfilling life- free of stress and anxiety. The first step to mindfulness.

A friend of mine recommended checking out exercising mindfulness, which sounded like an interesting concept, to get one's head clear of unwanted things and do daily meditations. The health benefits of mindfulness are also interesting, such as prolonged youth and the prevention of diseases. As of now, I've started being aware of simple things, such as feeling my legs on the ground and breathing. It really helps me stay in the present moment.

This is an excellent audio book, it offers basic guidance for mindfulness practice and the motivation to actually take it up.In this audio book the author attempts to convey just how mindfulness can improve your well being and happiness. Overall, this is an enlightening guide that anyone attempting to improve their state of mind, should have.

Mindfulness is the technique of focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, as a way to move toward inner peace and happiness. The idea is not to focus on the past, which could be unpleasant. One key to getting rid of the negative thoughts that are running your life, is to learn to forgive. This had its roots in Buddhist meditation, but anyone can do it. It may be hard to believe that this can really be effective, but many therapists have been using it professionally. Some say that meditation could even slow down the progress of diseases such as cancer. This audio book will explain and will give you clear understanding about Mindfulness Meditation.
