    This audio book has touched me in a lot of ways. The author was able to explain the benefits of mindfulness meditation and most importantly relate the reasons why we need it. Tips are simple to follow and I’ve learn a lot from this book. This audio book is best for the beginners to change life by living anxiety free and stress free life. The author described different steps that really guide and Stephanie Murphy narrated it well.

    I like this book, very informative and it is well-narrated! This audio book is an excellent introduction to mindfulness for anyone, including skeptics, agnostics, and people who are wary of anything that seems remotely flaky. I highly recommend this to anyone.

    This audio book will give you a thorough understanding of what mindfulness is (and what it is NOT). I was not aware of the benefits of meditation until I listened to this book. I love this audio book because it is where it teaches us how to practice mindfulness. The basics are discussed and in a step by step procedure and very well-detailed. I like it so much!

    Sometimes we get so caught up with our busy lives that we forget to take notice of the small things. It is nice to listen in an audio books like this one to remind us the beauty of life. Making mindfulness a part of life is a challenge. But Sarah Rowland made it seem easier. Her detailed explanations are evident in each page of the book. I got to understand so much about myself, the surroundings, and life.<br/><br/>The audio book will teach you how to appreciate and enjoy life more.

    Sometimes I feel so anxious, stressed and always having a hard time especially when facing and solving problems. A friend of mine recommended this audio book to me so without any hesitations I purchased the book and quickly listened to it. I am so thankful and grateful for all the information I learned; I have discovered a lot of things such a on how to achieve happiness, getting rid of stress, how to find inner peace and not to get anxious every time. This audio book really help me and my friend noticed me and she told me that I change a lot. Thanks for this audio book!

    This is a great audio book written by someone who cares about making people's lives better, she knows we are all connected in someway so when one persons life becomes better it has a knock on effect in a positive way for others. I've already read a few books on mindfulness and even had it taught to me on some professional courses, this is one of my favourites, it helps people practice Mindfulness in everyday life, reasons why people don't do it, common problems including barriers people put up. It helps us with self improvement in many ways.<br/><br/>Thanks a lot Sarah Rowland for this audio book! Also I'd like to recognize Stephen Murphy for narrating the book so well.     One of the best audio books I have listened on the basics of mindfulness meditation. The process to follow is clearly laid out and easy to follow with variations included that fit the needs of different people. Recommended for the novice as a good introduction and how to get started on your own. Good job to the author as well as the narrator. Great job!
