Mindfulness has greatly improved my daily life and overall health and wellness. Mindfulness is key to living a stress free and happy life , this's book does a great job of explaining it simply! Great listen and easy to understand

This being said This book describes the practice in a concise and easy to understand manner that everyone should partake in. This book gives a really well done description of mindfulness and how it can help you in your life. I suffer from anxiety and the methods and activities provided are very helpful.

I loved this book. I have practiced mindfulness for years, but just recently put a name to it. I would recommend to others. One of our biggest problems as people is that we can never be fully present in the moment. Mindfulness for beginners does an excellent job at showing the you the tips and strategies behind being truly mindful. If distraction is something you struggle with, I highly recommend you get this book.

This is a great book with simple tips on how to be mindful in your everyday life to take away stress and enjoy more of what you have. It shows you how to be in the present moment and focus on our actions. It's definitely a wonderful book. Awesome for beginners
