listen to it often

As I'm getting back into meditation (was supposed to be a new year's resolution, late start) I've found this audio particularly useful for its easy instructions. Love the pace and the music.

Effective!

This meditation worked immediately for me in reducing my stress, or at least me thinking about my stress. It's going to come in handy in the future for sure!
