Mindfulness is a concept of living in a moment, fully aware of yourself and everything around you. I have a feeling that mindfulness exploded all over the Internet in 2015. and that every website had at least one article about this &quot;new&quot; thing. Anyone can now get information about mindfulness anywhere, but I think it is better to have a book from a trusted source where you know what you will get.<br/><br/>This audio book broadens my knowledge about Mindfulness and the author did a great job on researching all the important information that we need to know. Both the author and the narrator did a great job! Stephanie Murphy narrates the book well and clearly!

I always find ways on how to achieve happiness as well as to get rid of stress for me to be able to live a stress free life. I have already read a lot of books about Meditation also listened to audio books but still I always find new and discover a lot of things about mindfulness meditation. This information in this audio book are informative and quite interesting!

Very good audio book that is so true in the words, we all need to take a step in to us and this book can help with that, things all really need to think more about for a healthier life. This book comes with an essential tips to enjoy every moment and stay alert. It is a must listen for all the busy people. Most people could benefit from living more mindfully and this book is an insight to where you can begin.

This audio book gave me good thinking tips and things I need to improve on. I like how the author presents various practical uses of mindfulness in everyday life and tips on how we can incorporate mindfulness in different daily tasks. It is a nice reminder of what is important as a whole is a brief and relaxing to listen. I recommend it whether you are familiar with the concept of mindfulness or not.

This book has taught deep lessons that concerns simple situation. In that way, I could say that this is a wise book. This book highlights the simple steps on how to be present in any moment we are up to which benefits not just us but others as well. Moreover, I highly recommend this audio book to anyone!

With my everyday life, busy schedule everyday with my work, stress and so many things to consider. This audio book discusses that even with a busy lifestyle I still should be mindful of the state of my health. I’ve appreciate how this audio book makes me realize once again the worth of slowing down and enjoying the moment. Rushing things brings anxiety and stress. We must learn to stay in the moment. That is the epitome of a mindful living, that despite of our fast faced environment we were stay able to get connected to what is now.

This audio book is spot on. In my everyday life I've realized that I'm always rushing and always multitasking, this author provides some basic but practical advice that can be done at anytime. A very good audio book that contains excellent information.
