I would recommend this to everyone stressed out.

An excellent meditation exercise for the mind and body. Plus the music is relaxing. Buy it for your self.

I love these

It's a really great audiobook as always.

I found his voice to be very calming.I woke up feeling better. I always feel so relaxed with his audiobooks I fall asleep.

Honestly the best. There's 2 version 30 minutes and 10 minutes I recommand it to everyone. It's perfect

I have several of Harrold’s meditations/hypnoses, and this is my favorite! His voice is great and there is some great relaxation and visualization.
