Easy way to practice mindfulness

What made the experience of listening to Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners the most enjoyable?

I loved the narration and the easy instructions. Very relaxing and simple enough for beginners to ease into.

Excellent meditations for mindfulness

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This was recommended to me by a coworker who is practicing living more mindfully. I noticed the very subtle changes in her attitude and asked if she's taken up yoga. She led me to this audiobook, which is the current mindfulness technique she is using. I'm really glad she shared this with me, as I have been searching for effective meditations for more clarity. Very inspiring and soothing.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the different meditations that all help you live in the now and be more present. My attitude has changed since practicing mindfulness on a more consistent basis. I feel less stressed and more relaxed even during my commute to work.

Wonderful bundle and a great way to practice being present in the here and now.
