This is really got a lot out of it. It has important lessons to teach and il find the exercises fun and beneficial. With provides good examples of the importance of the mental game. If you want to build mental muscle for the major leagues, you're right on track! These will help you acquire the mind of a true and successful athlete!

Great lesson..

Really good book. Practical exercises to help you improve your performance. My first tournament while reading the book I managed to use some of its tools and took first place in my division and in absolute division. I truly recommend!

Wow, amazing book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. it provided a lot of many fabulous insights like how positive attitudes can be a tremendous influence on a person and a world. The narration was in a fairly strong accent which wasn't ideal but I do like that it was narrated by one of the authors of the book.

Powerfull bundle

Wow! I love this book! I'm a distance runner and really struggle to perform at the level I am capable of during races. This is a well-written book, it's also easy to read and the tips and techniques are really great and easy to follow. Definitely recommended!

Surprisingly good.

A great mix between academic research, popular psychology and common sense. It's filled with lots of things I didn't know, but also lots of things I tend to forget.

A very good book and quite helpful. You will find a lot of great ideas and tips that will help be mind and body ready. Great guide on keeping you truly healthy. So i listen again and again..

I loved this book. Often I can be fearful as I go about life. Fear is often the thing that can hold us back. In this short, to-the-point read, “Mind Gym” sets out to help you push past your limitations and mentally be your best. If you live in fear, you definitely want to consider buying this books.

This book is great for athletes, but also for those who are not. The author is an original way to explain the way of life that everyone should have, if you want to achieve success, whether in sport, business or something else. Indeed, this is a book worth to listening!

yes I've listen a fair few sports psychology books in the past and found this one to cover a big range of topics but with out too much depth.

This book helps you to create a training routine suitable for you based on body weight. However, it does not promise you to do it in a matter of days.

Interesting Bundle!
