just finished listening, there is a lot here so I think I'll have to listen to it a few times for everything to sink in, but I can see it being helpful for what I'm seeking to achieve.

you're not going to find a book this complete

This is a very comprehensive program; most memory improvement audios are very lacking in new or novel techniques or remembering information in a different way. They all reiterate the same techniques over and over. this author takes a whole new approach to learning and remembering, everything from facts and data to physical tasks and complicated processes. He takes traditional techniques and really expands on them. Definitely worth the listen.

they do work

The title more or less delivers on its promise, it provides a set of memory tools and techniques that are relatively simple, easy, and somewhat fun. I got the best results from Chapter 4 on Affirmations.
