Practical methods to improve your memory...

Whether you are looking for ways to remember names, numbers, texts, or whatever else you won't be disappointed. There's something in here for everyone. He walks through numerous methods for memory improvement and explains how you can store information for long term memory recall. This is sort of a different take on a self-development book, and everyone will walk away with something. Although the narration was a little fast while listening at normal speed, that can be fixed and it's a worthy Listen. Invest in your memory and yourself with this book....

Excellent..

I'm keen on learning new stuff all the time, but as time goes by I become older so it's getting harder and harder to learn something new.Very interesting!! Memory can be practiced and trained as you go to the gym everyday. And I learned how to focus on improving concentration.

Great simple and helpful.

Wow! this book is interesting and helpful! A friend of mine had recommended this to me a few days ago, so I decided to buy it. Some of the workshops include ways to retrain their brains and I have found this book to be a huge help. I found that many of my habits were contributing to my problems with my memory. Now it's up to me to change them. Thank you for your helpful book.
