outstanding!!

Great book. I can now relax my mind thanks to the easy guide in this book. Breathing right is really important for everybody. I'm glad to learn that you can do that anywhere. I found this book to be a useful overview of the many approaches to meditation and it made a number of good suggestions for my own practice. Adam Kelly has set out some basic guidelines on the best way to meditate for beginners as well as address the basic concerns most novices may have. Highly recommend.

This "Meditation for Beginners" book is nice to read.
The techniques and tips appends in this book are to the point and well detailed.

Brilliant book..

I find here that Meditation is a practice of clearing the mind which can feel us relaxed and safe.
It can also help to eliminate my stress, anxiety and even depression.

A good collection

Been trying to meditate and appreciate the whole thing but it turned out my postures were all wrong! The book showed me the way. Other info was pretty generic though. It's fine for beginners!
