This audio book is well-written and well-narrated! I've already read some books about Meditation but this time I just want to hear or listen an audible book that's why I purchased this and also I love books about Meditation because it helps me a lot to get rid of anxieties as well as to have a peaceful mind and to stay away from stress!

I am newbie and I would like to be knowledgeable enough about what Meditation is, how does it work, how to get started and many more. This audio book gave me clear and better understanding on how to start meditating as well as tips and guides on how to have a stress free life, having inner peace and to get rid of anxiety. Moreover, through this audio book I was able to learn a lot of thing about Meditation and it really amazing to practice meditation and to start my journey/lifestyle practicing meditation.

Through meditation, it helps us recognize and step away from habitual, often unconscious emotional and physiological reactions to everyday events and to become stress free for us to live happy without anxieties also for us to learn how to do when we're facing problems just meditate.

This book is a very good simple to understand and great for beginners like myself. I would like to use the tips in this book to start my own daily meditation practice. This book actually explains how to meditate in a practical manner! Really great meditation guide and would definitely recommend it to beginners and anyone looking for a way to meditate.

I am so grateful for having a copy of this audio book. I'd love to recommend this to anyone most especially to beginners out there wanting to meditate or just for those that want to refresh their practice and follow a regimen that walks through a month of meditation. It helped me get back on track during a time of stress and I needed a guide to help me find my way back to meditation.

I really like the straightforward and on how it was written and narrated. It starts from the base and takes you through the ins and outs of meditation. With this, I have learned a lot about the benefits and detailed explanation about the Power of Meditation.

The narrator did a great job! She narrates very clearly; the author made it very simple and comprehensible for us to easily understand everything about Meditation, An audio book that will be with you forever.
