This is a great way to get a meditation in without putting in to much effort, and meditation should be easy anyway, right? I found this particular meditation made me comfortable and I was able to relax without really trying. That to me, is a successful session.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would certainly recommend it, already have - as my friends are also trying to get into guided meditation.
What did you learn from Meditation for Beginners that you would use in your daily life?
I love the awareness this session created. It made me loot at my body and mind in a way that I normally do not. It's eye opening how much we don't view ourselves from the observer standpoint, and how immersed into the details of our lives we can get. The fact that this session helped me get out of that rut was a huge plus. I am not an expert at meditating, but I realize the important of giving it space in my life as I learn to observe myself, my emotions and my entire existence.

This session has been helpful for me on my journey to become more aware of my own human experiences, the human condition and the present moment. There is tremendous wisdom on allowing yourself a moment to be with yourself, without expectations. Overall, a very nice guided meditation.
