A wonderful multi denominational talk on Meditation
I first heard this set of talks on a CD I borrowed from the library. The authors take on life brings awareness to how our behavior can affect our minds. he is such a lovely man and his stories and guidance are timeless. I purchased it on audible so I could continue to listen to it.

This book is exactly what it claims to be, a practical guide to meditation. Additionally, Easwaran's voice and delivery are so charming to me that I have bought other titles just to listen to him speak. It has been very useful to my practice.

Very Inspiring
Easwaran has a magnificient capability to get hold of its audience. His sense of humor intensifies the impact of his messages. It is one of the best talks I listened to about meditation for beginners...both informative and inspiring at the same time . Although he repeats himself in a couple of instances that again has a strengthening effect on his messages.
