Very informative and easy to follow, I`m sure it will be one I turn to often

I really enjoyed this book. I listened to it during my flight on a plane, so it was relaxing and enjoyable. It is only 1 hour long, just enough to get appropriate information. It is about stress relief, happy life and well-being through meditation. Book provides information how to become more focused, less stressed and more attentive. If you are interested in meditation, yoga or self-improvement you will find this book interesting.
I would recommend this book to anybody interested in meditation. The narrator did an excellent job which contributed to the quality of the audiobook.

Meditation is a kick start training program for Mindfulness Meditation. The included CD is a helpful guide to those new to meditation as well those of us who have become a bit sloppy about our practice. Her guidance is that of a loving coach who reveals the benefits of committing just a few minutes a day to sitting in meditation.
I really enjoyed your book. It was very easy to understand, very direct, and I didn't get a lot of info that I didn't need. I am very busy all the time and I am spread very thin, so as a first timer to meditation, thank you for making this easy enough that even I can find the time to start meditation.
When I developed an interest in meditation, I waded through several books to get started. This is the best of the bunch, in my opinion. It gives you a thorough grounding of what meditation is and how to get started without a lot of mumbo-jumbo or self-aggrandizement on the part of the author.
I saw this book reviewed in a magazine and it seemed just what I was looking for. I wasn't disappointed, as it is a wonderful guide to meditation. It has led me on to other authors, books and meditation practices. I can't recommend it enough.

I have never thought to do meditation. I'm always on the go and have something to do. My life can be very stressful and I was recommended that I try doing some meditation in my daily routine. So that's what made me try this book. I enjoyed this book and found it to be easy to use in my day to day life. I love that I can get my meditation done in 10 mins. Think book is great for someone just starting out with meditation. If i can do it, so can you.
