very delicious

I've always wanted to start meal prepping, but it seems overwhelming. This book makes it super easy and doable for anyone on any budget. I've only had the book for a week, and I've already made a few recipes. They are absolutely delicious!

One of the best things I love about this book is that it's enough food. My husband and I try to plan meals, but we are never really satisfied. The recipes in this book were perfect the perfect amount for us. Very easy to make and I can take them for lunches too

Very well organized book packed full of good information. A lot of it is common knowledge and/or basic, but put into a structured format it seems simple. I myself love to be organized but it usually takes more energy than I have. There is a lot of great advice and I think this would be a good resource for someone with the time and ambition

nice book

I have many cookbooks and LOVE to cook and bake. The Healthy Meal Prep Cookbook is a winner for me! The recipes are easy to follow and I am enjoying trying them out. I work full time and this book provides everything from snacks to meals and they're not too complicated either. I love Toby's Tips Too!

very easy guide

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout. Each recipe species how long it can be stored in the refrigerator and freezer (if freezable) which makes meal planning for the week or for vacation so much easier!
