Publisher's summary

While anger is a normal emotion, when it goes unmanaged, it can wreak havoc on everyone else's life, including your own. Whenever you are unable to control the fits of anger, the end results are often destructive, leading to problems in personal relationships, at work, and overall affecting your entire existence.

Anger can damage your relationships and health when you don't express it at all, if you express it unsafe ways, or if you express it at the wrong time. Overall, it remains imperative to learn how to control your anger such that you don't go causing harm to others when you express it wrongly or cause harm to yourself when you bottle it up.

It's easy to see that you need to control anger before it controls you. But, how? This book will teach you.

Here are a few things you will learn:

  • Thinking before you speak
  • Identifying other possible solutions other than anger
  • Using humor to release tension
  • Relaxation skills
  • How not to hold a grudge
  • How to express your anger calmly
  • And much more!

Listen and take action now for even deeper information on anger management. My greatest hope is that you are able to find your calm amidst the realms of anger.

Really Helpful

Really helpful in a time of need. I never really thought that needed to seek help with my anger management until I blew up on my fiance and her parents. This is my first step to fixing it.

Gateway Book for Managing Anger

This was a fantastic gateway book for managing anger. Didn't go super in-depth into anything in particular, but it did get you thinking on identifying where your anger might stem from and what next reading or steps to take.

It's a very shallow book!

Not worth even 1 $, no substance at all. Stating very obvious things that even a teenager knows. I was so frustrated with it.

super basic, not helpful

It seemed to be written by a child. It was basically a Wikipedia entry on basic anger management techniques. Did not talk about the root causes of anger.

I should have listened to the negative reviews..

Would you try another book from T Whitmore and/or Dave Wright?

Yes, if it were about something everybody didn't already know about. This book went over it ALL... like it was new stuff.

What could T Whitmore have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Found something new to say.

What about Dave Wright’s performance did you like?

He said it all like it was new material and just dragged me through it...

What character would you cut from Mad at Everything: How to Control Your Temper, Let Go of Anger, and Live a Happier Life?

You, me or him? Probably we all can benefit from a little review.

Any additional comments?

I probably got more out of it than I'm admitting .. ,...
