Fantastic!
I love listening to Louise. She is so comforting and calming. This is hands down one of my favorites. I listen to it before I exercise and even play it at work. I'm brainwashing myself, essentially, and reversing a long pattern of negative thinking. Affirmations are fantastic in helping me achieve and maintain a healthy inner dialogue.

Fantastic!
This is absolutely great. I didn???t listen to it twice a day but once. I have noticed a lot of positive changes already and I am a couple weeks into it. Like always Louise Hay does not disappoint. She is absolutely fabulous!

Kinda Wacky
This book was a little weird. I'm all about self love, but saying "I love my incredible anus" is a bit much. This book is only affirmations, I guess I was expecting a bit more, and I just couldn't take it seriously once I heard the aforementioned affirmation.
