Happy Life,Lots of Laughter. Hahaha!

Laughter can be defined in so many ways but I think the best definition is it reminds us of our best moments in life. There are so many benefits I have learned from the book some including,it relieves symptoms such as depression,pain,and broken hearts. In addition, laughter is been used as medication to date. Laughter increases blood flow to the heart,decreases inflammation,and reduces platelet aggregation. Its good to surround yourself with people who make you laugh,make time to laugh and expose yourself to humorous media. I didn't know you can encourage laughter with nutrition,now I know. Generally,this was an awesome book which has instilled great knowledge on a subject I rarely cared to know about. Grab your copy now and lets get laughing. I highly recommend!

Great way to get more laughter in your life!

This is a great audio book. Just listening to it had me laughing, and then actually practicing the techniques has made a huge difference in my every day life. After laughing for 5 minutes or so I tend to feel great for the rest of the day and be in a better mood as well. We need more of this in life! Highly recommended.
