Wouldn’t buy
It’s 2 chapters. It seems like it missing a bunch. I can’t really understand how to apply his one strategy for connecting with people? No body would have a conversation like he is recommending in real life.

Disappointed at price for content
I have the paper back book, which I find interesting and helpful, but haven’t had the time to read. I was disappointed that this abridged version is the same price as the unabridged version on iTunes. The abridged version is not worth the price.

Instant waste of money.
This "book" is sales 101 ! Repeat back to someone what they told you they like and you will have an "instant rapport" with them.! Duhh! This costly 56 minute audio book should, at best, be an opening chapter in a real book !
