Yummy Recipes in an Extremely Cool Kitchen Gadget
This was one of the most well rounded cookbooks I have ever read. Not only was I educated in using a efficient, and healthy cooking apparatus, but the recipes spanned EVERYTHING from breakfast to desserts, it even included a vegetarian section!
I loved the clarity when it came to cooking instructions, as well as the addition of nostalgic personal memories woven into the introduction of some of the recipes. The pictures made my mouth water, and I literally notated probably half of the cookbook.
Chapter 13's Favorite Bonus Recipes was the cherry on top with recipes for lip balm, cough syrup and salve. I love DIY and will be the proud owner of an Instant Pot in the very near future!

Instant pot recipes are the secret to any good meal. They are the most tasty recipes I have ever come across. Not to mention there isn’t a lot of work involved. All you gotta do is put something in the pot and just let it cook! The variety of recipes in this book give you so many options to try out. The chapter on sauces is phenomenal! There are so many different types of meals to pick from, this book give you everything you need to know and more. This book is both good for beginners and someone just looking for new recipes. Susan doesn’t leave out vegetarian choices either! If you have a instant pot, you should have this book on your shelf.

Instant Pot Cookbook is a great book for mastering the instant pot pressure cooker. It offers an explanation of how the tool helps create & enhance some of the best recipes. There is a detailed explanation for all the recipes, making them easy for anyone to follow. As a cook, this is an essential book to add to your cookbook collection!

Best 200 Recipes for Instant Pot Ever
This book as all kinds of recipes for your instant pot that are delicious, and the variety is astounding. The breakfast chapter has everything from ham and eggs to fruit and yogurt with oatmeal thrown in. The lunch chapter has bunch of different delicious looking sandwiches and great soups. I tried the pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. Poultry recipes include a spicy Indian inspired butter chicken and in beef there was a great steak fajita recipe everyone in my family loved. There is everything from ham, ribs and chops in the pork section and Irish stew and leg of lamb in the lamb chapter. Seafood had a great lobster roll recipes and the crab legs was easy to make and delicious to eat. There is everything from oysters, tuna and shrimp to Mahi Mahi in this chapter. There is a pasta chapter with a great macaroni and cheese for grownups, Alfredo recipes and one for vodka sauce and penne amongst many others. We like to eat vegetarian a few times a week and there is a plethora of quinoa, bean, lentil and vegetables recipes. I especially liked the Ratatouille and Sweet Potato Lentil Stew. You can make bread in an instant pot and there are recipes for banana, zucchini, Irish soda bread and more. There is a chapter for sides that include mashed potatoes, green beans and even apple sauce. I liked the potato salad recipe. Sweets include cobblers, mousses, cakes and more. I liked the pineapple upside down cake and cheesecake recipes. If that wasn’t enough, there is an entire bonus chapter with strange recipes and things you need like broth, eggs and jam, but also cough syrup, lip balm and dog food. The reader did a magnificent job of reading a recipe book making it more exciting than I thought it would be and the author did a great job of choosing recipes for the instant pot.

Instant Pot Made Cooking Much Easier!
Instant pot cook meals softy and it is much safer,simplifies the clean up and in addition saves time. I recently got one for my family just to change from the usual norm of cookers so I bought this book to familiarize myself with the type of meals I can cook. There are many benefits of cooking with an instant pot like you use less energy,food retains more nutrients,grains and legumes are more digestible. From this book you will also learn about the functions of instant pot which include slow cooker,Electric pressure cooker,Rice cooker,Yogurt maker and can be used as a browning pan. There are some amazing and delicious instant pot cookbook recipes that I found and tried like the banana nut oats and the breakfast burrito with sausages. The lunch recipes are also excellent and I tried the chicken and corn soup with spinach and turned out to be great. Everyone with an instant pot should purchase this book. I have learnt so much from it and I have already referred it to most of my friends. Highly recommended!
