About the Author: Back in December 2001, Gary Vurnum had to quit his successful banking career of 15 years for because of his seriously ill son. The trouble was - he didn't have any savings, couldn't work full-time, and didn't have any experience outside of the banking industry.

Gary decided that the Internet was the only way that he could earn a living. He began by sharing how he coped under very difficult circumstances, and, thanks to living off of his credit cards, managed to create his own motivational products and build a list of 20,000 subscribers to his ezine.

Over the last ten years, Gary Vurnum has become a recognized expert, not only on self-improvement, but also Internet marketing, and has spoken at many seminars including putting on many of his own. Gary is a published author of over 20 books of his own, and he now has his own publishing company - 23rd July - which has published books for a wide range of non-fiction authors. He doesn't have an office, any staff on the payroll, and doesn't ever have anything booked in his diary, and that's just the way Gary likes it!

Best Short Confidence Book I Know

Only thirty minutes long, this is an excellent short summation of different points about confidence. It's hard to imagine it could be done better, especially at this length. It may seem merely platitudinal to some, but not to me. I hope to see audio versions of Mr Vurnum's other books, too. I would snap them up. As a bonus, the narration is good, too. Kudos to Ken Maxon.
