Not worth time or money
There was very little information in this book that is not common knowledge. Your time would be better served reading a real book or watching a an online video regarding hypnosis. The only good thing was the narrators voice which was pleasant. Unless you are new to the world and have never heard of hypnosis this book will teach you very very little and Rob you of 30 minutes of life that you can never ever get back.
