I am trying to change my mindset because right now I have no confidence in my own abilities and I'm tired of my limited belief. There are so many useful tools in here to help me grow, change my mindset, and if one thing doesn't work I can try something else out. One thing that seems so obvious but blew my mind was when he wrote how if we are feeling lonely or unloved, that we should address that first because we cannot think bigger if we focus on something smaller. Those thoughts can be all consuming sometimes, but until he put that into words for me I didn't fully realize the truth in that, and now I have somewhere to start and work on before I move on and grow. I definitely recommend this book!

Life Changing
