intelligent guide

If you or someone you love is suffering from panic attacks or severe anxiety that makes them anxious enough to get ill, GET THIS BOOK!! It is excellent!! Very informative from a medical standpoint. It is also very easy listening and will relieve the severity of symptoms as you read it. It offers so much help and hope. I can't say enough good things about it!

"The Anxiety Cure" was a life saver for me several years ago. I took Archibald Hart's words "to heart". His practical teaching (along with counseling) helped pull me out of a time of deep anxiety. I'm mailing this copy to a friend who is now in the same "boat." Before Christmas I gave a copy to another friend. . I highly recommend it.

I just picked up this book and I'm almost finished with it. I only wish I'd found it years ago. It has practical easy to follow advice. For me slowing down, taking breaks, and spending time doing nothing is essential and okay. I no longer fill every moment of every day. I learned that I don't have to run everywhere just to finish one more task. More sleep and a power nap at lunch is also very beneficial. I focus on my breathing throughout the day. It has been a wonderful resource and I highly recommend this book.

dancing in the rain

This book gave me the knowledge I needed to move forward with my recovery. Anybody with anxiety will benefit from this book. Stop fighting anxiety and let it run it course and you will eventually be free. Its only the adrenaline talking, once you know what it is you have the answers to recover from it. Its not about waiting for the storm to pass its about dancing in the rain

amazing book

This book has been a tremendous help. I have never battled anxiety until now, I am 41 years old, and have been told it is directly from stress. There is a lot of confusing information out there. This book helped me to understand what was happening to me physically, emotionally, spiritually, and psychologically. I was afraid of medicine and this book gave me the understanding and freedom to accept that form of help until I can recover..its really helpful
