I've liked the personal story of the author and his approach and system quitting smoking, though a bit diluted.
What annoys me is that he's mentioning several links to different helpful materials, but NON is to be found on his website! So if you want to find them you have to listen to it all over again and take notes (quite impossible when driving and listening).
