Very informative, but the sound quality is bad

What made the experience of listening to How to Control Your Anger Before It Controls You the most enjoyable?

The concepts in the book are useful for understanding where anger comes from and how to manage it effectively.

What other book might you compare How to Control Your Anger Before It Controls You to and why?

There's another book by Ellis for Anxiety, also on Audible.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Stephen O'Hara?

Yes. He has a pleasant voice that's easy to listen to, and conveys the subject well.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

The worst part of the experience is the sound quality. I tried all the versions, and they all sound like a bad AM radio program from the 70s. Other books don't sound like this at all. I think there's a problem with the recording.

This was an excellent book that opened my eyes to many of my own false and irrational beliefs. Made a difference in my life. WHAT MORE CAN YOU SAY.

Very difficult to follow in an audible format

While the foundation and concepts of his teachings are excellent, following this in an audible format is excrutiating. The author uses so many acronyms that it becomes cumbersome to listen to and difficult to follow. Had he actually read the full words it would have been much more informational and useful. For example, he might say something like we work on your RBs to dispute your IBs so that your RBs begin to dissolve your IBs... After a while, which B are we talking about? Book may be great, but I can't recommend this audible until it is edited and revised for this format.
