Great insights without sugarcoating

Would you listen to How to Break Your Addiction to a Person again? Why?

I will listen to this book again. If you find yourself in a never ending cycle of poor relationships and painful break-ups you need to read this book. Sometimes we know we have issues from childhood affecting our adult relationships but we don't know HOW to fix that. This book is a great resource to tackling that old pain and getting over those old loves that we know were no good for us.

Offering

This was an incredible incredible offering that gives you insight from multiple angles so that you can see that you are not being coached or manipulated into one outcome. I really loved how he delivered information, gave you work to reflect on, and really probed to see what lays beneath the “stuck” feeling. I definitely recommend if you find yourself in any unhealthy entanglements that are masked as relationships.

grab a pen and paper while listening

I enjoyed the explanation of the basic and primal reasoning behind relationship addiction. There are several segments that one should take notes or jot down the questions asked for journaling and further consideration later. Sometimes it was hard to follow, and I had to rewind and listen again. However, I also sometimes have difficulty focusing if other things are going on around me. I probably will listen to it again.

Very helpfull if you are co-dependent!

It has a lot of material to understand, learn and put in practice. I like that it's very targeted to codependent people ON OTHER PEOPLE! So it guides you to how to overcome it

This book helped me so much

I have listened to this book over and over during my breakup from an abusive relationship. It helped to keep me strong and focused so I could move forward instead of backwards.
