This book is very helpful. The audio is not professionally polished but I like that many different members' voices come together in this audio book. It makes for a feeling of connection with the many people that are walking through similar experiences.

We don't need to struggle! The path is there to recover!
I can relate many of the narratives in the book. It is very emotional and touched deeply my soul. The little bits and pieces of the stories, the hopes for all of those individuals made me to realize ...I am not alone! I have a right, and I can make a decision of my own life! To the better future, I just need to make the first and most difficult step, to GET HEP. It is true! The path will be not easy, will be bumpy with ups and downs...but worth it!
The only problem I had, some of the recordings were difficult to hear.

The best of alanon, the worst of audio quality
This book covers all basics of ALANON, but the audio quality is as if people were on the phone. I also had to listen on 1.25 speed.

Life Saver
Al-Anon has given me hope again, this book gives a full understanding of what Al-Anon is. Knowledge is power. We heal in community not in isolation. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
