Publisher's Summary

Imagine opening a book that told the story of your life - and suddenly you realize that the painful parts held the key to knowing yourself as completley whole, well, and good. As many of Linda Howe's students have found, this is the transformative process that we can experience in the Akashic Records, and energetic archive of the soul and it's journey.

With Healing the Akashic Records, this leading expert shares how we can use our wounds - the limiting behaviors ore ideas we hold about ourselves - as a path to inner peace.

Wow, this book has changed my life!

The exercises in this book have changed my life. They have helped me to become happier, more gracious and generous towards others, and more effective in life. I feel more certain of my purpose in life and more certain that I will attain it. I’m now moving on to Linda Howe’s next book in the series, “Discover Your Soul’s Path Through the Akashic Records.” I’ve started reading it and, boy, it’s exactly my next right step towards Enlightenment.

What are the Akashic Records? An energetic recording of all your experiences in this life and earlier ones as well your future possibilities. Working in the Records means accessing this information to gain more understanding of your life’s purposes. Working in the Akashic Records is like going up in a plane and seeing your life (and past lives) from 30,000 feet—getting a much broader picture and also a much deeper picture of what it’s all about. This can allow one to mine the challenges of life for the gold of new understandings.

I started with Linda Howe’s “How to Read the Akashic Records” in February 2017. After finishing its exercises, I did the exercises in “Healing Through the Akashic Records”—now it’s September 2017. I don’t know that it’s necessary to do the exercises in the sequence in which the books were written, but I found that each forms a good foundation for the next.

I love that I can do these exercises by myself, within my own schedule, and at no charge. With this book, like the first, I was able to listen to the audio of Linda Howe, personally directing each session—I paused my player as needed.

Working in the Akashic Records happens to be exactly the right step for me at this time. I had already done decades of spiritual work in other modalities. However, each person’s next step on their path is unique to them. If you’re wondering if you’ll be able to access the Akashic Records, Linda Howe says, “You were drawn to this work because you can do it.” (her italics)

I wish you the best on your journey.

Less an audio book than a training program

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I think it is a good compilation of guided imagery sessions but I was expecting more a more a didactic book to explain the akashic records more.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

The author's voice is extremely soft and breathy.
