Sit or lay in a comfortable, quiet place. Breathe in through your nose and fill your diaphragm with oxygen. Relax your nostrils. Relax your throat and tongue. Allow the air to flow freely into your abdomen. Look down at your belly and watch it fill and empty. With awareness, choose to breathe through your belly, rather than up into your chest and shoulders. Close your eyes and continue breathing in and out for at least 10 breaths. Don't hurry or slow your breath. Quiet your mind and just breathe at a comfortable pace. Take notice of the way the air moves through your body. A quick way to decompress 🏖️

This is a guided meditation to charge and replenish your solar plexus energy. The narrator speak's in a slow, relaxing soft voice while visually taking you through a journey to spread positive energy & rejuvenate the listener. Perfect For Helping You Relax and Reset

What made the experience of listening to Guided Meditation for Sleep, Relaxation, and Stress Relief the most enjoyable?

This guided meditation is great for a quick mental reset when you're having a busy day and need some stress relief or to unwind before bed. Unlike some other audiobooks that also include nature sounds, this is strictly a guided meditation. Personally, I liked the fact it's fairly short...so you could use it while at work or school to help you de-stress or even to reduce anxiety before a big meeting or exam.

A Nice Meditation

I love guided meditations and this one was great. I was feeling stressed and feeling better from listening to this one. It was a beautiful meditation and I'll listen again.

Short and simple

I really like this one. I love guided meditation audio and use them often. One thing I really like about this one is it has no music. I have some that have very relaxing or soft music. But, there are so many with very distracting, overpowering, loud music where the pitch and tone changes so much you can't pay attention. I'd rather have very subtle, low distracting music, or even better none at all. I listened to the sample of this and thought it would be a good one to add to my collection, so accepted it as an ARC. I'll be using this one on low to fall asleep.

Put me to sleep every time.

I'm not sure what I expected but it did put me to sleep. I have been interested in meditation and wanted to give it a try. The guided meditation was distracting for me. I was hoping for something that would teach me to meditate and not a go to sleep thing. I'm going to try this at different times for the next week or so and see how it goes.

Newbie to Meditation.

Learning how to meditate has been on my to-do list for a while. I'm still in need of doing some thorough research but I took the opportunity to listen to a review copy of this meditation to see how I'd go.

I found Melissa's voice soothing and easy to listen to. The only difficulty for me was connected with the script itself. I guess it wasn't anything like I expected.

Did it help me relax? Yes. And I think if I did more research before my first attempt at meditation I would've enjoyed it a lot more.

Not bad.

I’m new to guided meditation. The narrator was fabulous her voice is awesome and comforting. It was ok but lost me a little where it tells you to visualize balls of energy. Nonetheless I still fell asleep so, it works good enough. I received a free review copy and have voluntarily left this review.
