Love Bernie’s meditations
Ernie’s have helped me many many times relax from anxiety and continues to help me. I have been listening years ago on cassette tape and so happy he is on audible and can bring with me anywhere. His voice is very soothing and each guided meditation helps heal using different experiences. My favorite guided meditation to listen to

Best medicine four the mind, body and soul.
First introduced to Burnie Siegel 30 years ago from a Orthopedic Doc I worked for. I used his meditation to rid anxiety for X-ray boards. I’m so glad to find more of Bernie’s works on audible.

Only fair
I didn't care for his voice. It was grating and not soothing. Imagery was fine.
