Excellent read for all who are tired of the mask!

Lots of worthy and provocative question to not ask oneself but to implement if one truly wants to live a life wholeheartedly. Enjoyable listen with the author.
Definitely walked away with a better understanding of what it means to allow oneself to be vulnerable with a purpose.

great book to bring self-awareness and motivation for change. it touches on several areas that many of us struggle with and really drives home, "if you can't love yourself, how in the heck are you going to love someone else." (RuPaul) highly recommend the read if you're looking for tools to add to your coaching tool box or just want to bring some awareness in your own life.

It's time to get naked. You have a very short time on earth, and the question then becomes what will we do with the time we are given? Intimacy and transparency are fundamental to your ability to show up bravely, with humility and ultimately transform your experience of life.

The idea that love is infinite and you're capable of accessing love as soon as you choose isn't new, yet there is a freshness to this telling. I was left with the curiosity about ways that I'm still muddling through letting go with love in my own life. And, pondering the manner in which love has the ability to open my world. If, I am brave enough to get naked, first and foremost with myself, and also with those individuals who have earned the right to hear my story.

I Don't Know...

I had to re-read this a number of times which means it didn't keep my attention. Some topics resonated with me and allowed me to reflect while others left me feeling nothing. One thing that I took from reading this book is that whether speaking about religion, spirituality or worldly values, when speaking on how to improve oneself, it is impossible to stay away the subject of Godliness. ...To strip away all of those things within us that bind and enslave us and prevent us from reaching our goals... or receiving our reward(s). The Bible speaks very clearly on this. But I choose to believe that when most people speak on this subject, they speak from the best case scenario point of view which doesn't always apply to everybody. I take what I can use from material like this. What I can't use, I leave it alone.
