For "Emotional" Eaters NOT Food Addicts

Pretty useless. I was so eager to listen to this book after reading some of the reviews and the title "Food Addict". This book isn't for all compulsive over eaters. It's for emotional over eaters and all 10 tips are common sense and nothing new. The title is grossly misleading. Don't waste your time or money on this unless your food issues are because of emotional overeating...even then, I doubt it's telling you anything you didn't already think of on your own.
