Does your child day dream and find it DIFFICULT TO CONCENTRATE AND ORGANISE their work? Listening regularly to this self-help hypnotherapy recording for 10-16 year olds at bedtime or other quiet time could well be the answer! It helps ENHANCE POWERS OF FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION and BOOSTS SELF ESTEEM AND SELF BELIEF.
Children relax comfortably and imagine their mind as a touch screen computer and are guided to delete old, negative beliefs about their abilities. They create programs for good organization and improved focus such as the ones they already use when listening to music, using play-stations, computers or the like.
Then they visualize GETTING DOWN TO WORK QUICKLY AND STUDYING MORE EFFECTIVELY. This SUCCESSFUL APPROACH is based on natural, safe, sound hypnotherapy principles: act out each positive step in the imagination and dramatically increase the chance of success in the real world. Lynda's gentle, English voice calms, re-assures as she gives suggestions for boosting confidence and self-esteem.
As a former teacher and clinical hypnotherapist of many years standing, she has helped thousands of children world-wide through her downloads. She has featured in the press, TV and radio and is author of two widely acclaimed books on hypnotherapy with children and adults. The recording uses state of the art technology. Regular listening is the key to success!

Who might you have cast as narrator instead of the narrator?

Any additional comments?
I think if I was a 10 year old, this book wouldn't capture my attention and if I was 16, I'd find her tone patronising and annoying as I do now. I'm sceptical about hypnotherapy anyway and listened out of curiosity only as I'm not taking any exams and am older than the target audience. Hope it works for those to whom it's relevant.
